Select the property you wish to book from the 'Cottages' banner on the left. (if you have already chosen your cottage simply select the 'Booking Form' link to check availability now.)
You can now select dates for your holiday and look at prices. Short breaks run from Friday to Monday, or Monday to Friday and cost £320 for a two bedroom property, or £350 for Beckside, throughout the year. At certain times, such as school holidays, only full weeks are available, which run Saturday to Saturday. Dogs are charged at £15 each per booking.
After viewing the prices select the 'Booking' link at the bottom of the page. Click on this and you will be forwarded to a page to enter your name and address details. Send this and confirmation will be sent to you as soon as possible. If you do not receive confirmation please contact us by phone.
If you require dates that are not on the list or no price appears, please email for availability and prices.
The usual deposit is 25%. The balance will be due 8 weeks before you are due to arrive.
If you cancel 6 weeks or more before you are due to arrive, all money will be refunded to you in full.
If you cancel 3 to 6 weeks before you arrive, you will get 50% back.
If you cancel less than 3 weeks before the date you are due to arrive, there will be no refund.
However if the cancellation is for reasons beyond your control, for example illness or sudden bereavement, you will be refunded in full no matter what date you cancel.
